UK delivery is free on all shop items. We deliver to UK addresses from UK stock.
Free Expedited shipping on every order, dispatched by the next working day and delivered by Amazon from their UK warehouse. We email you an order confirmation when you pay. For tracking details once your order has shipped, reply to that email or call us.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, and get a refund within 14 days of the item reaching us, or of you showing proof you sent it back, if sooner. You pay the cost of posting it back to us. If the item is faulty or not as described, we pay for the return.

Faulty or not as described?
If goods are faulty you can reject them for a full refund within 30 days. After that we will repair or replace them, and if that does not work you can have a refund or a price reduction. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We pay for returning goods that are faulty or not as described.
