What comes in the box?
Remootio 3 device (Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled device for controlling and monitoring gates and garage doors)
Sensor (for detecting if your gate is open or closed)
Power adapter (5V) (for powering Remootio 3 from a wall socket). Depending on where you order from, you'll receive a type C (EU), type G (UK), type I (AU) or type A (US) socket.

Key Features of Remootio 3
Remootio 3 has two output relays which makes it compatible with gate/garage door openers that have separate trigger inputs for opening and closing
Remootio 3 works with a 5V power supply (standard USB charger)
Remootio 3 also works from 5-32V DC, 12-24V AC voltages, so it can be powered from the control board of most gate openers making installation very easy
Remootio 3 has two accessory input terminals (e.g. sensor and doorbell button)
Wifi/Internet Connectivity
Remootio 3 Can be connected using your Wifi and internet connection. This allows you to control your device even if your internet connection is down. Control can still be made by a successful network connection. This is also a benefit in some commercial environments where network access is limited.
Bluetooth Connectivity
Remootio 3 has Bluetooth Connectivity allowing you to still use your system even without wifi or internet access. A key feature many competitor products lack.
Remootio 3 Smart Home Integration
Remootio Is compatible with the most popular smart home automations systems such as Apple Homekit, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Samsung SmartThings.
Remootio 3 also has an open API allowing it to be integrated with Home Assistant and other smart home systems.
Remootio 3 Key Management
Remootio 3 has a key management system allowing you to add upto 20 users as standard (expansion is possible with code upgrade)
The system allows you to restrict user access for connection method, time and notifications. This is great for busy homes, commercial properties or sites with temporary visitors such as AirBnB.
You can add and remove users with ease direct from the app and even share keys via the web so the user does not even need to download the Remootio App,
Remootio Installation
Installing your Remootio is a breeze if you are confident with a screwdriver and have a basic understanding of electrics. Most installations providing you have read the instructions for remootio and your control board that you are connecting to should take no more than 15 minutes for an experienced hand, 30-45 minutes for someone less confident.
