Why FT100

A straightforward replacement photocell

Made for universal fitting on gate and garage door controllers.

Battery or wired

Power from your controller’s 12–24 V accessory output, or use batteries where running a new cable is awkward.

Universal NO/NC relay

A jumper sets the safety relay to normally open or normally closed to suit your control board. Most safety inputs need NC.

Simple receiver wiring

The receiver needs a 3 or 4 core connection to the controller: 12–24 V+, 0 V/COM and signal.

Fits wooden posts out of the box

The supplied fixings suit wooden posts. On metal posts, drill the back plate to suit and use the right screws, such as self-tapping screws.

Choosing batteries

Batteries are not included. For battery use outdoors in cold weather, lithium batteries perform better.
